Warranty

A certificate of authenticity with the designers signature and the items unique number is accompanied with each WHIPCRAFT purchase. Products are delivered in specially designed storage boxes.

A ten years warranty on all items is given. Lashes may be worn over the course of time, and are thus not covered by the warranty. Lashes can, however, be refitted at an expense after some years, if needed. Please contact us for further information.

Our limited warranties cover all manufacturing and mechanical defects, excluding malfunction or deterioration resulting from misuse, accidents or negligence.
